Terms & Conditions on Kings Holiday Apartments

 

–   A reservation is valid and confirmed once the payment is done by the Visitor and is accepted by our agency.

–   A confirmation will always be sent to the Visitor.

–  No pets are allowed.

–  No Extra guests are allowed. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of the booking.

 

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival time:  14:30 pm

Departure time: 11:00 am

 

Failure to vacate all or part of the property by the requested time may result in further charges.

Prior to your arrival you will be given details of accessing the apartment and directions of arrival .

 

Kings Holiday apartments are self-catering apartments , fully equipped with all the kitchenette and a washing machine for your needs. each category (e.g., Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom) includes apartments that are identical in size, layout, and facilities, with differences only in interior decoration. Your stay will be allocated to an available apartment within the selected category, depending on availability.

 

 

Entry to the Apartment

Once you have a set time of arrival, you will need to get in touch to let us know when you are estimated to arrive at the apartment. We will then be met and welcome you at the property by a member of our group and show you the property and everything there is to know about the apartment . In case you are arriving late at night we will then come and visit you next morning.

 

Payment

–  A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. A confirmation will be sent to the guest once the deposit has been received.

– The remaining amount is payable a week -7 days – before arrival.

Please Note: For bookings made within 2 months of the booking start date, payment in full is required.

 

The following forms of payment are accepted : – Credit / Debit Card – Bank Transfer /deposit

 

Cancellation Policy:

– All cancellations must be made in writing/ by email at: info@kingsholidayapartments.com . Cancellation takes

effect on the day we receive your email/notice. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation from our agency on your cancellation.

-In the event of a cancellation or a no show of the guest, there is no refund of any amount paid. Amendment of a booking is not possible.

-In the event of the remaining amount of a booking is not payable on the requested date, then the booking is automatically cancelled and there is no refund of any amount paid nor the option of amending your booking.

 

Liability and Insurance:

We highly recommend having travel insurance before making a booking in order to able to claim from your insurance company in case of cancellation from your behalf for any reason.

– We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage, loss or accident to personal property. Visitors are advised to ensure their own insurance covers any loss or damage to personal property during their stay and to ensure personal and travel insurance is taken out.

 

If we change or cancel your holiday

 

It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your accommodation arrangements. However, if we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, we will offer you alternative comparable accommodation at no extra cost to you. If we are not able to provide a suitable replacement property, we will refund in full any sums already paid by you in respect of the accommodation. If the alternative apartment we will offer to you does not meet your criteria, we will refund you of any amount paid. There are no further circumstances for which Kings Holiday Apartments will be liable for a refund.

 

Prices

We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices.

Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.

 

By making a booking with us, you agree that:

a. have read our Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them;

b. are over 18 years of age and when placing an order for services with age restrictions you declare that you and all members of your party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. In the event of any claim and or dispute arising out of these terms and conditions and or our services shall be exclusively submitted to the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
